Capozzi Building is a multi-generational boutique builder located in Fremantle. Established in 1962, three generations of strong family values underpin their delivery of quality workmanship and high levels of craftsmanship.
Managed by Peter Capozzi, Peter is the 2nd generation owner of Capozzi Building with more than 30 years experience as a registered Builder. Peter works closely with his son Simon, continuing the tradition of building lasting relationships with their clientele.
Capozzi Building have a portfolio of successful residential, mixed use and commercial projects in Perth. Each project is delivered with the ideology of excellence and attention to detail.

Superseed Architecture | Architect
Superseed Architecture was founded by John LeClare Josephs (MArch, BAppSc) – a Registered Architect in Western Australia.
John has worked in the architectural industry in Perth for 15 years, working for traditional architecture practises, multidisciplinary consultancies and developers across a huge variety of job types and budgets. Personally motivated to create more projects of outstanding architectural quality and contextual relevance to the Western Australian landscape, John can also be found at Curtin University, working with the architects of tomorrow.
John now brings that experience to a wider audience, working one on one with select clients to deliver quality, honest design, regardless of budget.
Infinity Views is a keystone project for Superseed Architecture - it is the culmination of thousands of hours of work, with a goal of marrying the textural quality of the Swan River with the evolving lifestyles of a growing architecturally minded market.

Toby Astill was born, raised and educated in England and after studying Finance at university in London, he cut his teeth working long hours under high pressure as a chef in some of the capital’s finest restaurants.
Working with luxury brands since relocating to Perth in 2003, Toby welcomed a straightforward transition into the world of boutique real estate. Specialising in the sale of homes in East Fremantle, Fremantle and Bicton for over 10 years, Toby has consistently achieved exceptional results for his clients, many of whom have become his best repeat and referral customers.
